传动轴长度和角度的校核计算
The Check on Length and Angle of Propeller Shaft
【摘要】 利用矢量分析方法建立了传动轴矢量分析模型,分别在桥跳动初始时刻和桥跳动h后对传动轴矢量分析模型中各点求解,从而进行传动轴长度和角度的校核计算。利用matlab软件编制了矢量分析模型通用计算程序,并将某型汽车满载状态相关参数代入通用程序中进行计算。计算结果与传统的传动轴跳动图法结果一致,验证了所建传动轴矢量分析模型的正确性。
【Abstract】 The vector analytic model of propeller shaft was established by using vector analytic method,the points in the model are solved at the original and jounce h position of rear axle,and the length and angular check were performed. The general calculation program of vector analysis model is gained by using the software Matlab,and then the relative parameters of a fully-loaded truck were applied in the program for calculation.The calculation results are consistent with results of jounce diagram of propeller shaft,which validate the correctness of the vector analytic model.
