轿车白车身动态特征灵敏度分析及优化设计
Dynamic Character Sensitivity Analysis and Optimization Design of Car BIW
【摘要】 建立了国产某轿车白车身有限元模型,计算得出了该白车身低阶振动固有频率和固有振型,进行了振动固有频率对壳体厚度等结构参数的灵敏度分析。在灵敏度分析的基础上,选取灵敏部件进行了结构优化设计。优化结果表明,该车身质量得到了更好的分布。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the BIW finite element model of a domestic car is established,and the low-step vibration’s inherent frequency and vibration type of the BIW model is gotten through calculation,and then the sensitivity analysis of vibration inherent frequency to structure parameter as shell thickness is proceeded.Based on the sensitivity analysis,the sensitive components are selected to proceeding structure optimization design.The optimization design results show that the distribution of body mass is more reasonable.
