台车试验中采用等效双梯形减速度曲线的模拟研究
A Study on the Equivalent Dual-trapezoids Deceleration Curve Used in Sled Test for Frontal Crash Simulation
【摘要】 通过对实车碰撞中车体减速度曲线的分析,发现其具有双台阶特征。为此提出了一种从实车正碰试验车体减速度曲线提取出相应的等效双梯形减速度曲线以用于台车试验的方法。台车试验的数学仿真表明,用等效双梯形曲线和相应的实车碰撞减速度曲线分别模拟得到的假人模型各种伤害响应和运动姿态互相很好地吻合。说明在正碰台车试验中完全可以用等效双梯形曲线代替相应的实车正碰减速度曲线进行模拟,可应用于车辆约束系统的开发等工作。
【Abstract】 The analysis on car body deceleration curve in full scale frontal crash test reveals its double stages feature.Thus a method is proposed to extract a corresponding equivalent dual-trapezoids curve(EDTC) from the car body deceleration curve in full scale frontal crash test to be used in sled test.The numerical simulation on a sled test shows that the various injury responses and movement postures of the dummy model obtained respectively by simulations with both EDTC and real vehicle crash deceleration curve well agree to each other.This means that it is completely feasible to substitute the deceleration curve of real vehicle test by EDTC in sled test for crash simulation,which can be applied to the development of vehicle restraint system and other works.
