基于灵敏度分析的子午线轮胎疲劳性能优化
Fatigue Performance Optimization of Radial Tire Based on Sensitivity Analysis
【摘要】 对子午线轮胎12.00R20进行三维非线性有限元分析;运用设计灵敏度分析技术,计算轮胎主要破坏区域的应变比能对该区域各胶料橡胶材料的材料力学性能参数的灵敏度;根据设计灵敏度分析的结果,对轮胎各胶料进行优化,以提高轮胎的疲劳寿命;优化结果在试制轮胎的耐久试验中得到验证。
【Abstract】 A 3D nonlinear finite element analysis is performed on 12.00R20 radial tire.By applying design sensitivity analysis(DSA) technique,the sensitivities of strain energy density(SENER) to the mechanics performance parameters of different rubber materials in main failure regions of tire are calculated.Based on the results of DSA,an optimization on different rubber materials for tire is performed to enhance the fatigue life of tire.The results are verified by durability tests on trail-manufactured tires.
