【Abstract】 Providing effective methods for the development and utilization of alliance’s knowledge resources is the foundation of the successful knowledge alliance. Integrating with the mechanism of knowledge conversion, this article studies the learning process of knowledge alliance and the construction process of alliance knowledge, and proposes a framework of constructing alliance’s knowledge resources. It’s demonstrated that the framework provides an effective method for the construction of alliance knowledge.更多还原
