【摘要】 《中国学术期刊(光盘版)检索与评价数据规范》自1999年1月颁布实施以来,得到国内学术期刊,尤其是各大学学报及专业期刊的广泛响应。学术期刊规范化对期刊质量全面提高起到了积极的促进作用,同时在实际工作中,也遇到一些具体问题,引发了一些争论。

【Abstract】 "China Academic Journal CD-ROM data retrieval and evaluation of norms" has promulgated and implemented since January 1991,and it is widely responded.Standardization of academic journals can improve the quality of academic journals.Some problems need be analyzed and the proposals need be gived.
