【Abstract】 In the course of Chinese-Western exchange in the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty Western international law began the tour of enlightenment in China. It was marked by the two events: Western Jesuits translated the Western works of international law at the early stage and international law was applied in the negotiation of Nerchinsk Treaty between China and Russia. Such a starting point is paid attention to: Western Jesuits’ role of the bridge, the mode of Western-statement and Chinese-translation of international law and the background of external pressure when international law was introduced into China.更多还原
