芙蓉菊中艾菊素和草蒿素结构的NMR信号表征
Characterization of NMR Signals of Tanacetin and Artesin Isolated from the Whole Herbs of Crossostephium chinense
【摘要】 从中草药芙蓉菊Crossostephiu mchinense(L.)Makino全草中分离得到艾菊素和草蒿素,通过晶体X-射线衍射技术研究了其结构,应用1D和2D NMR脉冲梯度场反相技术(1H-1HgCOSY,gHMQC,gHMBC)进行了其碳氢NMR信号全归属.
【Abstract】 Tanacetin and artesin were isolated from the whole herbs of Crossostephium chinense(L.) Makino.Their structures were elucidated by crystal X-ray analysis.The 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the compounds were assigned by a series of 1D(1H and 13C NMR experiment) and 2D NMR(including 1H-1H gCOSY,gHSQC and gHMBC) techniques.
