【摘要】 目的了解河北省人民医院中成药的药物利用情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法调取我院2004-2007年中成药的年消耗金额和用量,对年消耗金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费(DDC)用进行统计分析。结果2004-2007年中成药的消耗金额呈上升趋势,排名前15位药品的消耗金额过于集中,对中成药总消耗状况有重要影响;注射剂型增加趋势更明显,且其金额与DDDs的排序比值均小于1。结论中成药的使用基本合理,价廉且疗效确切的中成药在临床应用中占有重要地位,药品监管中应重视DDDs排序,加强中药注射剂的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the utilization of Chinese patent medicines in Hebei General hospital,and evaluate the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods To analyze the yearly cost,DDDs and average daily cost of Chinese patent medicines by the data of annual consumption and total consumption of Chinese patent medicines in the hospital during 2004-2007.Results The consumption of Chinese patent medicines rises during 2004-2007.The consumption of top 15 ones held an extreme share,therefore,exert a great impact on total consumption.The consumption of injection increased clearly and the rank ratio of sum and DDDs always were less than one.Conclusion generally,the use of Chinese patent medicines is rational,and price-reasonable and effective Chinese patent medicines play an important role in the clinical use.DDDs should be stressed and the management of Chinese traditional medicines injection should be strengthened.更多还原
