基于FLUENT的离心泵水力性能预测技术

【摘要】 介绍了用数值模拟方法进行离心泵性能预测的研究现状和存在的问题.采用商业软件FLUENT,在双参考坐标系下,利用有限体积法对雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程进行数值离散,选用标准k-ε湍流模型,SIMPLEC方法求解,对10台离心泵的设计点工况进行了叶轮蜗壳耦合三维粘性相对定常的数值模拟并进行了性能预测.计算了各模型的扬程和效率并与试验值进行了对比和分析.对比分析结果表明,基于FLUENT数值模拟结果预测离心泵水力性能的方法具有比较高的精度,可以应用于工程实践.

【Abstract】 The research status about performance characteristics prediction of centrifugal pumps based on numerical simulation was introduced.Performance characteristics of ten centrifugal pumps at designed flow rate were simulated by using the commercial software FLUENT.The standard k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm were adopted in FLUENT,and multi reference frame was used to consider the rotor-stator interaction.According to the simulation results,the head and efficiency of the ten models were predicted and compared with the experimental ones.The comparison indicates that using FLUENT simulation to predict performance characteristics of centrifugal pumps are feasible and accurate enough,and can be applied to engineering practice.
