钢筋非均匀锈胀力的理论分析

【摘要】 目前大多学者在采用弹性力学或有限元等方法研究钢筋锈胀现象时,均将其视为均匀锈蚀,然而这样并不能揭示锈蚀物产生、发展的机理,为此应用弹性力学理论建立了钢筋非均匀锈胀力的分布模型.该模型仍存在着误差,文章从锈蚀物物理参数的取值等方面论述了产生误差的原因,且提出了对理论公式的修正意见.

【Abstract】 The corroded expansion force caused by reinforcement corrosion is likely to result in the crack of concrete cover,thus decreasing the durability of the structure,hence the importance of the study of the effect of corroded expansion force on structural durability.Presently most scholars probe into the corroded expansion phenomenon through means of elastic mechanics or finite element,regarding the corro- sion as even and balanced,which usually fail to discover the mechanism for the occurring and development of corrosion.In this paper,a distribution model of the uneven corrosion force of reinforced bar is set up through the application of elastic mechanics,besides,the existing errors with this model are also presen- ted,the causes analyzed and some correction suggestions proposed.
