【摘要】 该研究运用问卷调查法在沿海某城市着重考察了112位民营企业家的幸福感与应付方式及自我和谐及其相关关系。结果发现:(1)民营企业家当前的幸福感只处于中等水平,但对未来五年的幸福感状况基本都持乐观态度;企业主或创始人的幸福感水平高于被企业聘用但未享有股权的企业家或职业经理人;(2)解决问题的应对方式对企业家当前幸福感具有显著正向预测作用、不成熟的应付方式则相反;(3)自我与经验不和谐、自我刻板性对企业家幸福度有非常显著的负的预测效果。研究认为,民营企业家不成熟的应对方式和负性自我和谐内容对主观幸福度存在显著的影响,负性自我和谐内容常成为应付方式影响幸福度的中间变量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subject well-being of 112 private entrepreneur from southeast of china and its influencing factors were measured by questionnaires. The results showed as follows: (1) The enterprise owner’s SWB are higher than the entrepreneur who has no stake,and they all holds an optimistic attitude toward their life in the future, five years later. (2) The coping style of solving problem of the Private entrepreneur is significantly positively predictable to their SWB and reversely the immature coping style. (3)Self-experience inconsistency and self-mechanically of the Private entrepreneur is significantly positively predictable to their SWB. These findings suggest that Private entrepreneur’s immature coping style and negative self-consistency factors significantly influence their SWB and the negative self-consistency factors are the intermediate variables between the immature coping style and SWB.更多还原
