【摘要】 目的:探讨自体干细胞移植治疗糖尿病患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对73例Ⅱ糖尿病行自体干细胞移植的患者给予精心的术前、术中和术后的护理。结果:大部分患者血糖控制良好,口服降糖药及胰岛素用量较移植前减少30%～50%。其中2例患者完全停药。结论:对自体干细胞移植的糖尿病患者,术前做好心理护理、术中严格无菌操作,缩短采髓时间。术后注意穿刺点的护理,防止出血。预防并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the methods of perioperative care for the patients with diabetes after the transplantation of antologous stem cell.Methods:73 diabetic patients with the transplantation of amtologous stem cell were undergone the careful nursing in the preoperation,during the operation and after the operation.Results:After the operation,the glucose of most patients was controlled well.The dosage of oral agents and insulin was reduced and 2 patients withdrew the drugs completely.Conclusion:For the diabetic patients with the transplantation of autologous stem cell,psychological care should be taken before the operation,shortening the time of extracting the bone marrow in aseptic operation is necessary and the care of puncture points should be paid attention to preuenting bleeding and the occurrence of complications after the operation.更多还原
