复方当归注射液局部注射治疗褥疮的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:观察复方当归注射液治疗褥疮的疗效。方法:63例按护理学基础褥疮诊断标准分一期、二期无皮肤感染溃疡的褥疮患者随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(30例),对照组患者采用传统的50%红花酒精局部按摩治疗,治疗组采用复方当归注射液在褥疮周围局部采用皮下注射治疗。结果:治疗组33例患者中总有效率87.87%;对照组痊愈30例,总有效率65.15%。2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方当归注射液具有行气、活血化瘀、去瘀生新之功效,治疗褥疮疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the compound Angelica injection in the treatment of bed sores effect.Methods 63 cases on the basis of bed sores nursing a sub-standard diagnosis,two skin infections without the bedsore ulcers were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases) and the control group(30 cases),the control group patients using the traditional 50 percent-Local flower alcohol massage therapy,the treatment group Angelica compound used in bed sores around the injection by subcutaneous injection of local treatment.Results The 33 cases in total efficiency of 87.87 percent.The control group recovered 30 cases,the total efficiency of 65.15 percent two groups total more efficient significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion Compound Angelica injection of gas lines,promoting blood circulation Huayu,Quyu Health and the effectiveness of new,effective in treatment of bed sores.更多还原
