【摘要】 目的:分析胸膜间皮瘤的螺旋CT征象,提高胸膜间皮瘤的螺旋CT诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析12例经组织细胞学证实的胸膜间皮瘤的螺旋CT征象。结果:12例胸膜间皮瘤患者中,良性1例,恶性11例。弥漫性胸膜增厚9例,局限性胸膜增厚3例。结论:螺旋CT在胸膜间皮瘤的定性诊断及确定病变的范围、形态以及胸壁和纵隔结构是否受侵犯及侵犯程度有很大价值,但本病的最终确诊仍需要病理学的证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to improve the helix CT diagnosis to the pleura skin tumor,we made analysis on its sign. Method: We made analysis by review on the sign of 12 examples of helix CT to the pleura skin tumor that is confirmed by organizing cytology. Result: Among 12 examples of pleura skin tumor,only one is benign,the others are malignant. And 9 examples in them belongs to the diffusive pleura incrassation,3 left are limitative one. Conclusion: Helix CT has a big value on the decisive diagnosis to the pleura skin tumor,verification on the scope and shape of pathologic change,and whether the chest wall and mediastinum structure are infringed or not and the infringed degree. But the definite diagnosis of this illness still needs to be approved by the pathology.更多还原
