【摘要】 目的:探讨简便有效的治疗小儿泌尿系感染的方法。方法:小儿泌尿系感染33例,服用银花泌炎灵片治疗,每次1～4片,每日3次。疗程2周。结果:治愈28例,好转4例,无效1例。治愈好转率99%。结论:银花泌炎灵片治疗小儿尿路感染效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the management of Urinary tract infection children Awith easy and effective. Methods: Thirty-three patients of Urinary tract infection were recruited, mean age was 6 (range from 2 to 14) year’s old. The amount of male-patients is 12, the amount of female-patients is 21.Disease history ranged from one day to14 months. All the patients had symptoms of frequency ,urgency, ache, parts of them urination cries noisily, appetites is not good . All the patients underwent the 2 weeks treatment of Yin hua mi yan ling pill (750mg-1000mg/d).Assessment criteria:①marked effective: clinical symptoms disappeared , appetite and energy of pedo-patients are normal. ②effective: clinical symptoms were released.③no effect: no improvement of clinical symptoms. Results: markedly effect was obtained in 28 patients, effect in 4 and no effect in one. Total effective rate was 97%. Conclusions: Yin hua mi yan ling pill could be effective in managing Urinary tract infection children.更多还原
