【摘要】 在教育导向和生产实训的要求下,高职学生群体更易出现意外伤害或疾病。当前的大学生医保制度在高职教育体制和学生群体的消费观念下已明显滞后。通过覆盖全省高职院校的数据调查和分析,提出强化这一群体的保险消费意识,整合政策职能、社会资金、教育主体等多方资源,建立新的大学生医疗保障机制,将大学生纳入社会医疗保障体系,有效规避和转移高职院校大学生群体的伤病风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Senior vocational education is a special type of higher education.Under the education-oriented and productive training request,the student colonies are more susceptible to unexpected injury or illness.The current medical insurance system for students in senior vocational education institutions and the consumption concept of the student colonies has obviously lagged behind.Based on surveying and analyzing of data from the vocational colleges of Zhejiang province,we bring forward such recommendations as strengthening the student colonies’ awareness of insurance consumption,integrating the resources of government functions,social capital and education departments,etc.,establishing a new medical protection mechanism for college students,including the college students within the social medical protection system,effectively circumventing and transferring the injury risk of the vocational college students,etc.更多还原
