【Abstract】 A new method of HPLC for the chiral separation and determination of S-metolachlor was studied including by the use of the chiral chromatography column (R,R)-Whelk-01, n-hexane and 2-propanol (80:20, by vol) as mobile phase and UV-230nm as detection wave. The recoveries of S-metolachlor was 98.6-100.2%, the stand deviation was 0.17 and the coefficient of variation was 0.18%.更多还原
