【Abstract】 4,6-Bis(difluoromethoxy)-2-aminopyrimdine was synthesized in sequence by five step reactions such as: cycliz- ing reaction, methylating reaction, difluoromethoxidating reaction, oxidating reaction, ammonolysis reaction.
