2-氨基-4,6-双(二氟甲氧基)嘧啶的合成
Synthesis of 4,6-Bis(difluoromethoxy)-2-aminopyrimdine
【摘要】 以硫脲和丙二酸二乙酯为起始原料,通过环化、甲基化、双氟甲氧基化、氧化、氨解5步反应合成2-氨基-4,6-双(二氟甲氧基)嘧啶,反应总收率为40%。同时,通过1HNMR、GC-MS对目标化合物及其中间体进行了结构确证。
【Abstract】 4,6-Bis(difluoromethoxy)-2-aminopyrimdine was synthesized in sequence by five step reactions such as: cycliz- ing reaction, methylating reaction, difluoromethoxidating reaction, oxidating reaction, ammonolysis reaction. The total yield is 40%. The structures of target compound and its intermediates were characterized by 1H NMR, GC-MS.
