【Abstract】 The fourth joint CIPAC/FAO/WHO meeting was briefly introduced in this paper by means of translating and editing the summary record of the joint meeting held in South Africa, in June 2007. The content included the progress of the project of pesticide under taken by CIPAC, FAO, WHO and other related international organizations since last year; the situation of development, revision and repeal for CIPAC methods, FAO, WHO specifications and FAO/WHO joint specifications of pesticides; the problems of the impurities in technical material and equivalence of the same pesticide produced in different pesticide factory.
