【Abstract】 Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed to analyze commercial avermectins. 9 Fractions were isolated by using reverse column,methanol and water as mobile phase.The adduct ions such as [M+Na] + and MS 2 data were obtained.The characteristic daughter ions could be used identified unknown components. Structure of every component was given.Among them,5 fractions were known,their names were avermectin A 1a ,A 1b , A 2a ,B 1a ,B 2a ,and other 4 fractions were not reported by far.更多还原
