【Abstract】 Continuous enlargement of sex ratio and higher female infant mortality than the male one has inevitably resulted in imbalance of Indian population pattern between the two sexes and deteriotion of existence of the female sex. This article has a deep-going study on special features of female existence and causes for its deterioration, and policy measures to limit enlargement of sex ratio, raise women’s social position and promote women’s progress in India.更多还原
