莠去津对标准化水生微宇宙的影响

【摘要】 传统的生态毒理学实验系统主要涉及外源化学物质对单个物种的影响,易使实验结果与有害物质进入自然生态系统后的真实反应有所偏离,此外,自然生态系统的复杂性和天然可恢复性也使野外试验难以得到明晰的结论。微宇宙试验无疑是摆脱这些困境的良好途径。以广泛使用的除草剂莠去津为研究对象,以标准化水生微宇宙(standardized aquatic microcosm,SAM)试验为研究手段,探讨了莠去津对水生生态系统的影响。结果表明,莠去津浓度为0.023mg/L时对藻类生长会产生影响;浓度为0.033mg/L时对藻类生长和河虾生存均会产生影响,但对其他浮游动物,如大型溞、介虫、轮虫等未产生显著的毒性效应?摧ソ蛟谒低持械陌踩兄滴?0.009mg/L,毒性高,其对光合作用自养生物毒性很大,而对浮游动物毒性较小或产生间接效应。

【Abstract】 Traditionally,the eco-toxicological test system had only concern about effects of exotic chemical on single species,so that the test results deviated from real responses to natural ecosystem.Also the complexity and recoverability of natural ecosystem made it difficult to obtain clear conclusion of field experiment.Undoubtedly the microcosm test was a good route to get rid of these dilemmas.The effects on ecosystem of atrazine were determined by biotoxicity test on single species and standardized aquatic microcosm test.It can be concluded from the results that atrazine impacted the growth of algae at level of 0.023 mg/L.Also it influenced the growth of algae and the living of shrimps at level of 0.033 mg/L,but no significant toxic effects on other zooplankton such as Daphnia magma,ostracods,rotifers and so on was detected.The safety threshold value of atrazine in aquatic ecosystem was 0.009 mg/L,high toxic for photosynthetic organisms,but slightly toxic or took an indirect effect for zooplankton.
