【Abstract】 A method for separation and quantitative analysis of bromothalonil by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase,ZORBAX 80 Extend-C18 column and DAD at 230nm wavelengt was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0,the standard deviation was 0.22,the variation coefficient was 0.22%,the average recovery was 100.1%.更多还原
