亚氨基二乙腈生产草甘膦中间体双甘膦降低能耗工艺条件改进
The Countermeasure on Reduce Thing Quantity of Energy on ProducingN-(Phosphonomethyl) Iminodiacetic Acid by IDAN Route
【摘要】 对以亚氨基二乙腈为起始原料,经碱解、缩合制备草甘膦中间体N-膦酰基甲基亚氨基二乙酸(简称双甘膦)工艺条件的优化试验,通过提高原料浓度,提高了亚氨基二乙酸一钠盐浓度,减少了缩合脱水时间,缩短了双甘膦生产周期,降低了能源消耗。
【Abstract】 The article discussed the countermersures on producing PMIDA by IDAN route.Through changing the material thickness,shorting the water inspissation time of reaction,reducing the quantity of energy and also reducing the production cost of PMIDA.
