电磁控制的随焊锤击系统设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Welding with Trailing Peening System Based on Electromagnetism Control
【摘要】 针对目前随焊锤击控制焊接应力变形时,锤击力和锤击频率不能准确调节的问题,设计了基于电磁控制的随焊锤击系统,为了使锤击力和锤击频率准确可调,采用恒频脉宽调制技术设计了锤击力、锤击频率的控制电路。系统锤击力调节范围:0~1000N,锤击频率调节范围:0~25Hz。装机试验表明:锤击力700N、锤击频率2Hz时,试件焊缝横向、纵向残余应力与未锤击时相比分别平均下降了90%。
【Abstract】 Welding with trailing peening (WWTP) currently has a problem that the peening force and the peening frequency can not be accurately adjusted for effectively controlling the welding stress and distortion. In order to solve this problem, a new WWTP system was developed based on the electromagnetism control technique. This system applied the technology of constant frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) to design the control circuit. The peening force was adjusted between 0 and 1 000 N, and the peening frequency ranged from 0 to 25 Hz. The experimental results showed that the transverse and longitudinal residual stresses were decreased by 90% on average respectively when the peening force was 700 N and the peening frequency was 2 Hz, compared with the traditional welding system without trailing peening.
