【摘要】 社会就业形势严峻已是不争的事实,高职学生由于各方面的原因在就业中处于劣势地位,产生的就业心理问题尤为突出。通过问卷调查,指出了高职学生在择业求职时出现了焦虑、急躁、自卑、盲目、从众、依赖、竞争逆反等一系列心理问题,这些问题的出现既有学生自身主观的因素,也有社会环境、家庭环境等客观因素的影响。因此,只有发挥学校教育主阵地的作用,联合社会和家庭共同建立科学的、合理的高职学生就业心理健康教育体系,才是解决这一问题的关键环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 The social employment situation is severe now.For some reasons vocational college students have inferior status in employment,and employment psychological problems come into being.Through a questionnaire survey,there exist such problems in job-seeking as anxiety,impatience,low self-esteem,blindness,conformity,dependence and antagonism caused not only by students themselves but also by social,family and school environments.The key solution to the problem is to play the role of school education as the main front,to combine the society and the family establishing scientific and reasonable employment psychological health education system.更多还原
