【摘要】 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈,对部分高职高专学生运动损伤的情况进行调查,对损伤的多发部位、易受损伤的项目、损伤的主要原因进行分析研究,认为如果能加强防伤观念、准备活动充分、技术动作规范、加强场地安全检查以及加强身体素质训练,就可以避免或减少运动损伤的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Documentation act, questionnaire and interview are used to survey athletic injuries for parts of technical college students, including multiple injury positions,items easy to cause injury and main cause of injuries. The findings show athletic injuries can be avoided or reduced with idea of preventing injuries, enough preparations,standard technical action, safety examination on site as well as more body constitution training.更多还原
