【Abstract】 The glucose oxidase was an aerobic dehydrogenation enzyme, which was extracted from the Aspergillus niger. It had no side effects and nontoxic on human. It had played an important role on removing glucose, deoxidization and sterilization, and widely applicated in food, feedstuff, medicine and other fields. The aspects of GOD′s function mechanism, characteristic, separation and purification, immobilization, gene engineering and applications were introduced in this paper.更多还原
