【摘要】 目的比较自行调节式矫治器与ActivatorⅠ型矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)的临床效果。方法40例OSAHS患者随机分成两组,分别戴用自行设计的自行调节式口腔矫治器和ActivatorⅠ型矫治器,观测主观症状、颞颌关节区舒适度、多导睡眠监测,比较其疗效。结果两组矫治器治疗前后相比较,在主观症状、颞颌关节区舒适度、多导睡眠监测自行调节式口腔矫治器均优于ActivatorⅠ型矫治器。结论自行调节式口腔矫治器的临床效果优于ActivatorⅠ型矫治器。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of elastic dental appliances and ActivatorⅠappliances used for treating obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Fourty patients of OSAHS were randomly assigned into two groups with 20cases each and wore elastic dental appliances and ActivatorⅠappliances,respectively.Their subjective symptoms,comfortable degree of temporomandbular joint region,PSG were observed to compare the effect of appliances.Results The effect of elastic dental appliances’ group was better than Activator Ⅰ appliances’ group in subjective symptoms,comfortable degree of temporomandbular joint region,PSG between before and after treatment.Conclusion The effect of elastic dental appliances is better than Activator Ⅰ appliances.更多还原
