【摘要】 目的对不同空腹血糖(FPG)状态下胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关因素进行分析。方法将258例研究者分为四组:A组为FPG≤5.0mmol/L者65例;B组为5.0mmol/L<FPG<5.6 mmol/L者67例;C组为5.6mmol/L≤FPG<6.1mmol/L者64例;D组为6.1mmol/L≤FPG<7.0mmol/L者62例。测定FPG、空腹胰岛素(FIns)和血脂等生化指标,并进行统计学分析。结果(1)各组内甘油三酯(TG)、TG/高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)值男性均高于女性(P<0.01,P<0.05);各组间TG、TG/HDL-C值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)各组间FPG、胰岛素抵抗指数(Hom a-IR)有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)FPG、TG、TG/HDL-C与Hom a-IR正相关(P<0.01)。结论随着FPG增加,IR和TG代谢紊乱加重,IR与FPG、TG、TG/HDL-C比值呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study insulin resistance(IR) in the different levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and to analyze their correlateion with IR.Methods According to the levels of FPG,258 subjects were divided into Group A:(FPG ≤5.0mmol/L,n=65);Group B:(5.0mmol/L<FPG<5.6 mmol/L,n=67);Group C:(5.6mmol/L≤FPG<6.1mmol/L,n=64);Group D:(6.1mmol/L≤FPG<7.0 mmol/L,n=62).The levels of FPG,fasting insulin(FIns),fasting lipids in four groups were detected.The serum markers were studied.Results(1) TG and TG/HDL-C were higher in male groups than the female groups in four groups(P <0.01,P <0.05).TG and TG/HDL-C were significantly differed in four groups(P<0.05).(2) In four groups,FPG and Homa-IR were significantly differed(P <0.01).(3) FPG,TG and TG/HDL-C was significantly correlated with Homa-IR(P <0.01).Conclusion With FPG increasing,the severities of IR and dyslipidemia are increased.IR is correlated with FPG,TG and TG/HDL-C.更多还原
