甘草酸二铵对大鼠脊髓缺血再灌注损伤后神经元超微结构的影响
The effects of diammonium glycyrrhizinate influence neuron microstructure spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury in rats
【摘要】 目的研究大鼠脊髓缺血再灌注损伤后甘草酸二铵对脊髓前角神经元超微结构的影响作用。方法60只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、阴性对照组、DG干预组,观测3、24、72、168小时各时间段脊髓前角神经元的超微结构的改变情况及TUNEL染色。结果(1)空白对照组神经元形态正常;DG干预后各组神经元的形态结构明显好于阴性对照组。(2)脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法(Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end-labeling,TUNEL)染色:TUNEL染色的阳性表达位于细胞核,呈棕黄色颗粒。DG干预组较阴性对照组凋亡细胞平均光密度明显下降,各时间段平均抑制率为23.71%。结论甘草酸二铵对改善大鼠脊髓缺血再灌注损伤后的神经元超微结构有一定的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anterior horn neurons microstructure changes influenced by diammonium glycyrrhizinate after the spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into blank control group,negative control group and DG intervention group.Microstructure changes of the spinal cord anterior horn neurons and TUNEL staining at the time phrases of 3h,24h,72h,and 168h were recorded.Results(1)SEM:The neuronal microstructure was normal at blank control group;the neurons microstructure of DG intervention group was better than that in negative control group.(2)TUNEL staining:The positive expression located at the cell nucleus and yellow grains.The average optical density of DG intervention group decreased significantly than that in negative control group.The average inhibitory rate of the each phrase was 23.71%.Conclusion The Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate can improve the microstructure changes after the spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury.
