【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT检查在大肠病变的临床应用价值。方法对40例大肠疾病患者进行多层螺旋CT检查,应用多层螺旋CT仿真结肠镜软件对获取的数据进行图像重建与分析,与术后临床病理结果进行对照分析。结果CT结肠成像(CTC)癌检出率100%,DukesA、B、C、D、淋巴转移、远处脏器转移诊断符合率分别为100%、41.2%、41.7%、100%、41.2%、100%;CTC术前评估肿瘤占肠圈程度与术后大体标本比较<1/2、1/2-3/4、>3/4符合率均为100%;肿瘤纵轴长度与术后大体标本比较<2cm、2-5cm、>5cm符合率分别为100%、76.9%、25%。结论CTC对大肠疾患的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT in colorectal lesions.Methods MSCTVC was performed in 40 patients with colorectal diseases,then the data were reconstructed simulating in virtual colonoscopy and the results were compared with the clinic pathological findings.Results MSCTVC showed the detectable rate of tumor was 100% and the correctly detected rate of Dukes A,Dukes B,Dukes C,Dukes D,lymphadenopathy and metastasis was 100%、41.2%、41.7%、100%、41.2%、100% respectively.The correctly detected rate of preoperative evaluation with MSCTVC for the degree of the tumor which less than 1/2,from 1/2 to 3/4,and more than 3/4 in the bowels compared with the gross specimen all was 100% and the length of lengthways axis of tumor compared with the postoperative gross specimen was 100%,76.9% and 25% respectively.Conclusion MSCTVC has high clinical value for diagnosis of colorectal diseases.更多还原
