【摘要】 目的探讨前列腺炎Ⅱ型与Ⅲ型之间症状严重程度、前列腺液白细胞和卵磷脂小体计数的区别。方法以NIH-CPSI评价症状,参照"二杯法",初段尿、前列腺液常规镜检,中段尿、前列腺液(或前列腺按摩后尿)行细菌培养。对患者的症状严重程度、前列腺液白细胞和卵磷脂小体计数进行统计分析。结果164例中,Ⅱ型22例(13.4%),Ⅲ型142例(86.6%)。Ⅱ型与Ⅲ型之间CPSI中疼痛不适、排尿症状、生活质量、总评分以及EPS中白细胞、卵磷脂小体计数的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。EPS中白细胞和卵磷脂小体计数与患者CPSI中疼痛不适、排尿症状、生活质量及总评分均无显著相关性(P均>0.05)。结论Ⅱ型与Ⅲ型之间患者症状严重程度、前列腺液白细胞和卵磷脂小体计数无显著差异,自细胞和卵磷脂小体计数与症状严重程度无显著相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the differences of severity in symptoms and leukocyte or small particle of lecithin （SPL）count in expressed prostatic secretion between categoryⅡandⅢprostatitis.Methods Severity of symptoms were evaluated with NIH-CPSI scores.All patients underwent a two-glass-test and were categorized according to the NIH classification of prostatitis.VB₁ and EPS specimens were obtained for microscopic examination,VB₂ and EPS（VB₃） specimens for bacterial culture.Results Of the 164 patients,there were 22（13.4%）and 142（86.6%）cases with categoryⅡandⅢ.No significant differences were found between categoryⅡandⅢin terms of total or all the subdomains NIH-CPSI scores and leukocyte or SPL count in expressed prostatic secretion.Meanwhile,the total or all the subdomains NIH-CPSI scores did not significantly correlate with leukocyte or SPL count（P>0.05）.Conclusion It is suggested that there were no significant differences between categoryⅡandⅢin terms of severity of symptoms and leukocyte or SPL count,and no correlation between leukocyte or SPL count and severity of symptoms.更多还原
