【摘要】 以区域(县域)的土地利用状况为研究对象,视土地利用为生态、经济、社会复合系统,利用系统科学相关分析方法,并结合统筹区域土地的经济、生态和社会功能发展的原理,在分析区域社会经济发展与区域土地利用关系的基础上,构建土地利用调控指标,建立区域土地利用功能分区模型,划分区域土地利用主体功能区。以江苏省泰兴市为例进行了实证分析,划分为4个功能区并结合区域的发展战略和政策的实施情况,确定了区域土地利用的合理方向,保证土地资源配置效率的最大化和土地的可持续利用性。表3,参8。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional land use is regarded as the research object in the paper.It is a multiple system composed by nature and economic society.Based on the systematic analysis method,harmonious development of the regional ecology,the economy and the society and the analysis of relation between land use and economic development,the index system on land use regulation is constructed,the regional land use functions division model is established and the regional land use main functional areas are divided.This paper takes the city of taixing as an example for analysis.It is divided into four functional areas.Combined with development strategy and policy implementation,rational land utilization direction was decided.The sustainable utilization of land resource is ensured.更多还原
