【摘要】 耕地减少与人口增加的反差日益明显;耕地资源利用质量不断恶化是制约江苏省耕地资源利用效益变化的重要因素。选取耕地产出效益系数、耕地消耗回报系数、耕地污染替代系数和耕地利用集约化系数4个指标体系,对1996~2005年江苏省耕地利用效益进行了定量分析。在此基础上,从依法保护有限耕地,实现耕地总量动态平衡;加大农业财政投入,提高耕地生产力;优化耕地产权制度,推进耕地适度规模经营等方面提出提高耕地利用效益的对策,以缓解江苏省的人地矛盾的压力和农业发展困境。图5,表2,参10。更多还原

【Abstract】 The decreasing cultivated land area,the increasing population and the dropping cultivated land quality are important facts which are restricting the cultivated land utilization of Jiangsu Province.According to output benefit coefficient,consumption and return coefficient,population and substitution coefficient and intensive cultivation coefficient,quantitative analysis of cultivated land utilization benefit from 1996 to 2005 was carried out.At last,some macroscopic countermeasures of raising the cultivated land utilization are proposed to alleviate the pressures of contradictions between population and land,the plight of agricultural development.更多还原
