湿润地区的人工增雨实施条件

【摘要】 为了在既保证水库蓄满水量、又不产生暴雨洪水灾害条件下的人工增雨作业,提出了水库实时蓄水标准的新概念,分析了人工增雨的实施条件,得到了义乌市降水4个方面的变化特征。在水库实时蓄水标准的具体实施过程中,可根据义乌市降水的长期变化特征,结合中期和短期的天气预报,判断是否需要对近期的天气条件实施人工增雨作业。表5,参9。

【Abstract】 A new concept of real-time storage standard of reservoir is put forward for the sake of work of artificial precipitation on condition that the reservoirs are guaranteed to store full water and rainstorm and no flood disasters.The implementing conditions of artificial precipitation are analyzed.Four change features of precipitation in Yiwu are obtained.In the course of concrete implementation of real-time storage standard of reservoir,according to the long-term change and features of precipitation in Yiwu,and in the light of the mid-term and short-term weather forecast,we can judge if the work of artificial precipitation will be implemented in connection with the weather condition in the near future.
