【Abstract】 A new concept of real-time storage standard of reservoir is put forward for the sake of work of artificial precipitation on condition that the reservoirs are guaranteed to store full water and rainstorm and no flood disasters.The implementing conditions of artificial precipitation are analyzed.Four change features of precipitation in Yiwu are obtained.In the course of concrete implementation of real-time storage standard of reservoir,according to the long-term change and features of precipitation in Yiwu,and in the light of the mid-term and short-term weather forecast,we can judge if the work of artificial precipitation will be implemented in connection with the weather condition in the near future.更多还原
