重催柴油碱性氮脱除的研究

【摘要】 用LCH脱氮剂脱除重催柴油中的碱性氮化物,考察了剂油质量比、反应温度、搅拌时间、沉降时间对碱性氮化物脱除效果的影响。结果表明,增大剂油质量比,延长搅拌时间及沉降时间,均可提高重催柴油中碱性氮化物的脱除率。当剂油质量比为1:500、搅拌时间为30 min,反应温度为20℃,沉降4 h后,碱性氮化物的脱除率达90%以上,同时柴油回收率达99.58%。

【Abstract】 Removal of the basic nitrogen compounds from FRCC diesel was studied by using denitrogenation agent LCH, factors such as agent/oil ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and settlement time were investigated. The results showed that the removal efficiency of the basic nitrogen compounds from FRCC diesel increased with the increases of agent/oil ratio, reaction time and settlement time, respectively. When an agent/oil ratio was 1/500, a reaction time was 30 min, reaction temperature was 20℃and settlement time was 4 h, the removal effiency of the basic nitrogen compounds was up to 90 % and the recovery of diesel was 99.58 %.
