白术粗多糖对樱桃谷鸭生长性能的影响

【摘要】 本试验选择白术多糖来研究其对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能的影响。选用480只1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭,随机平均分成6组,其中A为对照组,仅饲喂基础日粮;B、C、D、E为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加不同梯度(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%)的白术多糖;F为抗生素添加组。每组设4个重复。结果显示:在1-14日龄阶段,F组日增重(682.98g/d)和日采食量(1269.79g/d)均显著(P<0.05)高于其他各组;F组料肉比(1.87)显著(P<0.05)高于C组(1.67)和E组(1.66)。在15~28日龄阶段,B组日增重(1469.36g/d)显著(P<0.05)高于D组(1364.41g/d)和F组(1349.04g/d);B(3547g/d)、(C 3643.39g/d)、(D 3578.55g/d)、E(3661.07g/d)和F(3592.30g/d)各组的日采食量均显著(P<0.05)高于A组(3385.13g/d)。结论说明:白术多糖能够在一定程度上提高樱桃谷鸭的日采食量、日增重和饲料利用率。

【Abstract】 To study the effectsof polysaccharides of atractylodes macrocephala koidz on grow the performance of cherry volley duck,480 one-day age cherry volley ducks were divided randomly into six groups(B、C、D、E and F groups and control group-A group).The percentage of polysaccharide added in the B、C、D and E groups were 0.2%、0.4%、0.6% and 0.8%,respectively.The antibiotic was added in F group.Each group was divided into four repeatable treatments.The results showed: that during 1-14 day age,feed intake(1269.79g/d) and ADG(682.98g/d) in F group improved significantly(P<0.05)compared with other groups;feed efficiency in F group(1.87) increased significantly(P<0.05)compared with C(1.67)and E(1.66)groups.During 15-28 day age,ADG in B treatment(1469.36g/d) increased significantly(P<0.05) compared with D(1364.41g/d) and F(1349.04g/d)groups;feed intake in B(3547g/d),C(3643.39g/d),D(3578.55g/d),E(3661.07g/d) and F(3592.30g/d) groups increased significantly(P<0.05) compared with A group(3385.13g/d).The results showed that polysaccharide of atractylodes macrocephala koidz can improve every day gain,feed intake and feed efficiency.
