公共厨房通风空调设计计算
Design and calculation of ventilation and air conditioning system for public kitchens
【摘要】 归纳总结了公共厨房风量平衡措施和通风量的确定方法,提出了热湿地区和干热地区公共厨房新风机组送风参数和冷热量的计算方法,以及室温控制措施,比较了新风机组干工况运行时可承担的热湿负荷与室内热湿负荷的估算值,验证了该计算方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Summarizes the measures to balancing of the air flow rate in public kitchens and the ventilation rate calculation.Presents the determinating method of the air supply conditions,calculations of the cooling and heating capacity of air handling unit for public kitchens both in hot-humid and hot-dry zones,and control of the indoor temperature.Compares the heating and moisture loads treated by fresh air units running under dry conditions and the value by estimated,and validates the practicability of the calculation methods.
