漕河渡槽后张预应力结构原位测试方法

【摘要】 预应力筋摩阻损失的确定,对于预应力结构的变形和应力计算,乃至结构的施工控制十分重要。预应力钢绞线束在张拉时的受力状况复杂,不仅与施工方法有关,而且与混凝土材料及周边环境状况相关。许多研究表明:预应力钢绞线在张拉过程中实际受力与理论受力有较大差别,其原因是张拉中钢绞线受周围材料摩擦影响,而摩阻损失很大程度上受施工工艺的制约。分析了目前主要采用的预应力测试手段,并结合漕河渡槽实例,详细介绍了一种适用于复杂施工条件下的预应力损失原位测试方法。

【Abstract】 It’s important to know the pre-stress loss of press stressed steel bar,which influence the strain and the stress analysis of the pre-stressed concrete structure,and associate with the control to construction,around circumstance and concrete.Many researches indicate that practical loads in steel strand are quite different from that of theoretical calculation which suffers lots of effects from around friction.The loss of friction is mainly decided by construction techniques.The traditional experiment methods of the pre-stress concrete structure was analyzed.In accordance with Caohe Aqueduct,the method and the process of the pre-stress concrete structure field experiment was introduced,that is applied to complex test condition.
