SI/HCCI燃烧模式瞬态切换过程的建模与优化
Modeling and Optimization of the SI/HCCI Mode Transient Switching
【摘要】 将化学反应动力学代码CHEMKIN耦合到发动机热力循环软件BOOST,建立了SI/HCCI瞬态模式切换的数值模型。通过模拟计算与试验结果对比分析表明,建立的瞬态切换模型可以有效模拟发动机SI/HCCI瞬态工作过程。针对切换后第一个循环着火始点提前、容易爆震的问题,将该循环喷油策略调整为进气阶段一次喷油并降低喷油量,使得着火始点延后、压升率降低。并通过采用优化后的喷油策略,配合配气凸轮动作和节气门动作,达到SI/HCCI切换快速平顺的效果。
【Abstract】 A SI/HCCI mode transient switching model is constructed by coupling the chemistry kinetics code CHEMKIN with the AVL BOOSTTM Engine cycle simulation code.Compared with the experimental results,the model can effectively simulate the SI/HCCI transient switching processes.To avoid the problem of first-cycle ignition advancing and easy detonation,the injection strategy is modified to one-stage injection in the intake stroke with reduced injection amount to postpone the ignition timing and decrease the pressure rise.The smooth and fast SI/HCCI transient switching processes is realized with the optimized injection strategy and throttle valve response matching.
