加载速率对裂解性能影响数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Influence of Loading Speed on Fracture Splitting Capability
【摘要】 加载速率是影响裂解质量的重要因素,合理的加载速率可以提高材料的脆性。应用ABAQUS/Explicit动态有限元软件对捷达轿车四缸发动机箱体轴承座(材料HT150)裂解时加载速率对应力、应变的影响进行了模拟分析。确定了裂解时采用6.4 mm/s的加载速率可以达到最佳裂解质量。并且在CSS-88300材料试验机上进行了试验,试验速度:静态、6.4mm/s、8.3 mm/s。根据试验,以速度6.4 mm/s裂解的试件的轴承孔变形量0.06 mm,而其它两件的轴承孔变形量分别为0.29 mm和0.32 mm,这为实际液压系统和裂解设备的楔形推杆设计提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 Loading speed is a key factor affecting the fracture splitting quality,and proper loading speed can increase the brittleness of material.In this paper,the effect of loading speed on the stress and strain was simulated and analyzed by using ABAQUS/Explicit FEA software when the cylinder block bearing seat(material HT150) of the four-cylinder engine of Jetta car splited.The result shows that the loading speed of 6.4mm/s could achieve the best splitting quality.The tests with static loading,speed of 6.4mm/s and 8.3mm/s were performed on the CSS-88300 testing machine.The test results show that the distortion of the bearing hole is 0.06mm when the loading speed is 6.4mm/s,but the distortions of other two bearing holes are 0.29mm and 0.32mm.This paper provides theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic system and splitting equipment wedge push-bar.
