【摘要】 目的探讨电外科工作站ERBE双极电凝钳(BiClamp)在腹腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法我院2006年5月-2007年12月,在270例腹腔镜胆囊、阑尾、子宫及附件手术中,应用BiClamp处理粘连的网膜组织、胆囊三角系膜血管、残留的胆囊壁切缘、粘连索带、阑尾系膜血管、附件及子宫系膜、韧带、动脉等富含血管的组织。结果3例中转开腹,余267例顺利完成腹腔镜手术,无术中大出血及术后继发出血,无近期术后并发症出院。161例腹腔镜胆囊切除术随访3-12个月,无热损伤性胆管狭窄。结论BiClamp处理富含血管的组织,具有简单、安全、可靠的优势,降低了腹腔镜手术镜下处理富含血管组织的操作难度,拓宽了腹腔镜手术的应用领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of the BiClamp of electronic surgical workstation in laparoscopic operations.Methods From May 2006 to December 2007,we used BiClamp to detach or resect the adhesion of tissues in 270 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy and gynecological operations.Results Laparoscopic operations were successfully performed on 267 patients without hemorrhage during or after operations and without short-term post-operational complications,with only 3 patients transferring to operations.No heat-induced stenosis of the bile duct was observed in 161 patients followed up for 3-12 months after cholecystectomy with laparoscopy. Conclusions BiClamp is a simple,safe and reliable method in dealing with tissues rich in blood vessels,which reduces the difficulty in dealing with tissues rich in blood vessels with laparoscopy and broadens the use of laparoscopy.更多还原
