【摘要】 目的评价子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的临床价值;方法采用Seld inger技术经股动脉穿刺插管,超选择性置管于双侧子宫动脉,用明胶海绵颗粒与稀释后的造影剂混悬液,在电视监视下匀速注入靶血管内,直至靶血管闭塞。结果所有病例血管造影分别可见子宫动脉增粗、迂曲,6例造影剂外溢征,栓塞后造影示子宫动脉闭塞。栓塞后所有病例均立即止血,阴道仅有少量渗血,术后患者血压回升,2天内阴道完全停止出血,住院观察5-7天后出院。结论子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血是一种安全而有效的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value by using uterine arterial embolization(UAE) in treating postpartum hemorrhage.Methods By using Seldinger technology the two-side uterine artery is intabated up to and infused the particle of gelatin sponge untill it was closed.The course was monitored by TV.Results The uterine artery of all cases by DSA confirmed that the uterine artery was enlargement,tortuous and circuity and leakage of.After therapy the target uterine artery was obstructed.Vaginal hemorrhage was stopped in 2 days.The average time of hospital stay was 5-7days.Conclusions Uterine arterial embolization is a safe and effective approach for management of postpartum hemorrhage.更多还原
