【摘要】 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT及多平面重建技术在主动脉夹层中的诊断价值。方法:收集21例行64排螺旋CT增强扫描的主动脉夹层患者,扫描后进行多平面重建。结果:本组21例按照DeBaKey分型属于Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型16例,其中5例病变累及腹腔干,肠系膜上动脉血栓形成;6例累及肾动脉,肾动脉"起源于假腔";3例累及髂总动脉;2例下支架。结论:64排螺旋CT对主动脉夹层的诊断及分型具有较高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate 64-slice CT and multi-planar reconstruction in diagnosing dissecting aneurysm of aorta.(ADA).Methods:21 cases with ADA underwent contrast-enhanced scan with 64-slice CT,all raw data were processed.Results:According to DeBakey’s classification 3 cases were type Ⅰ;2 cases were type Ⅱ;16 cases were type Ⅲ.5 cases involved celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery;6 cases involved renal artery,renal artery originate from false cavity;3 cases involved common iliac artery.Conclusions:64-slice CT are able to classify ADA,playing a useful role in diagnosing ADA.更多还原
