【摘要】 目的:观察Survivin在胆囊癌中的表达情况以及临床与病理的关系。方法:分别采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测胆囊癌组织及其癌旁组织及慢性炎性组中Survivin mRNA表达情况;采用免疫组化法检测所有标本的Survivin蛋白的表达情况,并分析其临床与病理情况。结果:28例胆囊癌组织中Survivin基因的阳性表达率为(20/28)71.4%,mRNA表达结果与免疫组织化学法结果一致。22例癌旁组织及慢性炎性组织中Survivin蛋白表达阴性,Survivin mRNA表达也为阴性。Survivin在Ⅳ、Ⅴ期胆囊癌中的阳性表达率分别为88.0%和100%,表达水平明显比Ⅰ期(32.6%)、Ⅱ期(59.9%)、Ⅲ期(66.8%)的高(P<0.05),在不同分化程度的胆囊癌中的表达水平不同(P<0.05),而阳性率未见明显不同(P>0.05)。结论:在原发性胆囊组织中Survivin蛋白表达上调,其mRNA表达上调,两种方法检测结果一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of surviving in gallbladder carcinoma and its relationship with clinical and pathological condition.Methods:In tissue of gallbladder carcinoma and paracarcinoma and chronic inflammational gallbladder,the expression of survivin mRNA was detected by RT-PCR technique,the expression of survivin protein was detected by immunohistological methods.Their clinical and pathological condition was analyzed.Results:In 28 cases of gallbladder carcinoma,the positive rate of expression of survivin gene was 71.4%,which was similar to the result of immunohistological examination.In 22 cases of paracarcinoma and chronic inflammational gallbladder,the expression of survivin protein was negative.The positive rate of survivin in gallbladder in stage of Ⅳ and Ⅴ was respectively 88.0%and 100%,higher than that in stage of Ⅰ(32.6%),Ⅱ(59.9%)and Ⅲ(66.8%)(P<0.05).The level of expression of survivin showed difference in gallbladder in different differentiation(P<0.05),but the expression,but the rate of that showed no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of survivin protein and its Mrna in primary gallbladder is upregulated.The results by two methods is similar.更多还原
