【摘要】 目的:探讨表面麻醉下超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入手术的安全性及有效性。方法:观察460例单纯表面麻醉下施行超声乳化白内障摘除的麻醉效果、术后视力和并发症。结果:所有患者都能很好配合表面麻醉下施行该手术,无1例追加球后或球周麻醉,视力恢复快,病人反应轻。结论:表面麻醉下超声乳化白内障手术是安全有效的,病人痛苦小,并发症少,术后恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia.Methods:In 460 cases of cataract performing phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,the anesthetic effect,postoperative visual acuity and complications were observed.Results:All cases under topical anesthesia underformed surgery successfully,with rapidly restored visual acuity and less reaction.Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia is safe and effective,with less pain and complications and rapid recovery.更多还原
