【摘要】 目的:确定恒温干燥箱加热法炮制蒙药硼砂的较优化工艺条件。方法:以炮制后的硼砂失重百分比为分析指标,通过正交实验确定较优化炮制工艺条件。结果:恒温干燥箱加热法炮制蒙药硼砂的较优化工艺条件为,以1~2 cm的试样铺展厚度在280℃加热1h。结论:按本工艺炮制所得硼砂制品的四硼酸钠(Na2B4O7)含量可达85%以上,制品研粉细腻、蓬松、色白,符合临床用药质量要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide the optimum method of constant temperature in drying oven for the Mongolian materia medica of borax.Methods:The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the processing methods.The rate of borax weightlessness which was processed was as a marker to evaluate the different processes.Results:The optimum method of processing Mongolian materia medica of borax which is in the constant temperature of drying oven was the thickness of test specimen which is heated in 280℃ continued 1 hour was 1～2cm.Conclusion:The content of Na2B4O7 which was made in our method was more than 85%.The powder of specimen which is met the request of clinic medicine was delicate,fluffy and white.更多还原
