【摘要】 本文采用超声波辅助提取法提取紫花地丁中总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,利用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠体系分光光度法,在波长为(508 nm)处,测定样品中总黄酮的含量.紫花地丁中总黄酮的平均含量为26.55 mg/g,回收率范围为108%~109%.且超声波辅助提取法可以加快提取速度,提高提取效率.更多还原

【Abstract】 Using a method of ultrasonic wave extraction for extraction of total flavones in Viola philippica Cav.Using Dutin as a standard goods,the content of total flavonoids were determined by spectrophotometry,the detection wavelength was at 508nm and the system of NaNO2,Al(NO2)3,NaOH and(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2,H2O2,Phen.The total flavonoids content is 26.55mg/g and the recovery rate is 108%～109%.Ultrasonic wave can speed up the velocity of reaction and extract efficiency.更多还原
